-ATTENTION: ONLY THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESERVATION AND OR LEASE (RENTER) OF THE APARTMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS OF DATES, COMPLAINTS, SUBJECTS AND EVERYTHING REGARDING THE LEASE, AS WELL AS IS CORRESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTS OF THE PEOPLE WHO ACCOMPANY YOU IN THE APT. - THE HOTEL MAY STOP AT ANY TIME THE LEASING OF INCONVENIENT, UNBALANCED PEOPLE, DISTURBING GOOD SOCIAL LIFE OR CAUSING DAMAGES, AND MAY EVEN ACTIVATE THE POLICE. THIS IS A FAMILY HOTEL, DISRESPECT WITH EMPLOYEES AND OR OTHER GUESTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, BE EDUCATED AND CORTEZ.

WHEN WITHIN THIS GRACE PERIOD (3 DAYS IN ADVANCE FOR DAILY AND 10 DAYS FOR PACKAGES) PERIOD LESS THAN THE QUOTED PERIODS WILL BE CHARGED  50% OF THE TOTAL PACKAGE (NEVER BEING LESS THAN ONE DAILY FOR THE LEASED APARTMENT) , AS COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES AND DAMAGES TO THE HOTEL. NO SHOW GUARANTEE (IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT CHECK IN ON THE DATE PROVIDED IN THE BOOKING (WITHOUT NOTIFYING VIA EMAIL (AND WITH CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL), THE TOTAL DAILY AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, IN CASE OF PACKAGES ( MORE THAN TWO DAyS) THE HOTEL WILL WAIT MORE THAN 24 HOURS FOR THE CUSTOMER'S ARRIVAL, IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT CHECK IN WITHIN THAT TERM, THE PACKAGE WILL BE CANCELLED, THE APARTMENT WILL BE RELEASED, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED BOOKING ABANDONMENT AND IT WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL IN FULL EFFECT AND THE AMOUNT PAID USED IN FULL AS COMPENSATION FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE TO THE HOTEL.

-DUE TO THE LACK OF PHYSICAL STRUCTURE AND STAFF, WE ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND PEOPLE WITH EXTREME NEEDS SUCH AS: OBESE ABOVE 150 KG, EXTREMELY ELDERLY PEOPLE  WHO ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR NEEDS . THE HOTEL HAS NO ELEVATOR, ACCESS TO ALL LEVELS IS BY STAIRS, WITHOUT ACCESS OR ADAPTATIONS FOR WHEELCHAIRS.

- EVENTUALLY, INTERRUPTIONS MAY OCCUR IN THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES, SUCH AS INTERNET, CABLE TV, ELECTRIC ENERGY, NETFLIX,  WHICH MAY BE DISABLED FOR THE TIME NECESSARY_cc781905-5cde-31934-bb3 OR REPAIRS, THEREFORE THE HOTEL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THESE SERVICES WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED 100% OF THE YEAR.

- CLEANING OF STAYS ARE PERFORMED EVERY DAILY EXPIRATION IN THE PERIOD FROM 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY OF maids on the floor, WE DO NOT SCHEDULE CLEANING TIMES, ALWAYS NEED TO WAIT YOUR TIME.

- WE DO NOT HAVE BAGGAGE CARRIER (FOR YOUR COMFORT AND MORE SAFETY, BRING A MINIMUM BAGGAGE, WE REMEMBER THAT ALL FLOORS CAN BE ACCESSED BY STAIRS ONLY).

-SAFETY TIP: ALTHOUGH WE ARE IN A SMALL AND RELEVANTLY QUIET TOWN, WE ARE ON THE BEACH, DO NOT BRING JEWELRY AND VALUABLES AND MUCH LESS SHOW THEM, AVOID UNNECESSARY ANNOYMENT.

  • Pets of any kind are not permitted in the hotel.

  • Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legally responsible adult.

  • For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.

  • Inviting visitors into the guest rooms, or to use the facilities including the swimming pool and coffee room is strictly prohibited. Visitors are allowed in the reception area only.

  • Reservations are only valid when a deposit is received and confirmed by the hotel. Payments are made through the website reservation system. If a reservation confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact the hotel.

 

  • The hotel does not provide towels for use at the swimming pool or beach. Hotel towels are to remain in the rooms.

  • All reservations are non-refundable, no exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable. A credit for future use may be issued within 5 days of check-in date with a 10% administrative fee for the credit transfer. Packages for New Year's, Carnival, Easter, etc requires 10 days advance cancellation notification; and all credit transfers will be charged a 10% administrative fee. Any other cancellations will be charged 50% of the total as indemnification for losses and damages to the hotel

  • The daily payment must be made during check-in for the total charges of the reservation period.

  • Deposits confirming the reservation should be made within 3 days. Any deposit not received in 3 days will automatically cancel the booking without prior notice.

 

  • The hotel does not have an elevator or other physical structure to meet the needs of handicapped individuals. All levels are accessed by stairs that will not accommodate wheelchairs, obese (150 kg) individuals or extremely elderly people who are not accompanied by a responsible attendant.

  • The hotel cannot guarantee against interruption for maintenance or repairs for services provided by third parties. The hotel is not obligated to guarantee that these services including internet, cable TV, electricity and telephone will operate without interruption 100% of the time.

  • Maintenance and repairs of equipment are serviced only from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • The swimming pool is closed during the off season from May to August.

  • Children are allowed on the ground floor and first floor only. The mezzanine, second and third floors are reserved exclusively for adults.

  • The hotel policy prohibits entry of valuable items and allows only clothing for personal use, personal hygiene products, food and beverages. We recommend bringing your own beach towels as the hotel towels must remain in the rooms.

  • All vehicles must be listed on the registration at check-in. Optional internal parking is available for small and medium size vehicles with valid insurance. Vehicles without current valid insurance are prohibited from parking on the hotel property. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner, the hotel shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property. Economy apartments do not have the option to use the internal parking during holidays or high season.  

  • We do not provide baggage service. Please bring the minimum baggage for your comfort and greater safety.

  • Peruibe is a small and relatively quiet city located on the beach. We advise for your safety to avoid bringing jewelry or any valuable objects in order to avoid any unnecessary loss or stolen property.
